Our regeneratively raised lamb comes from pasture-raised animals managed using farming practices that prioritize healthy soil, animal welfare, and resilient ecosystems. Raised on pasture with a natural diet, our lamb grows at a natural pace—resulting in tender, flavorful meat with a clean, mild taste.

This $75 deposit reserves your whole lamb. Final payment is due before the day of transport to processing. Transport to All American Meat Processing in Pulaski, TN is included in your fee. Customers are responsible for completing their own cut sheet and paying processing fees directly to the processor, which typically range from $250–$400 depending on cut selections and any smoked or specialty items requested.

If you prefer to use your own processing facility, you may do so, but you will be responsible for arranging transportation. Purchasing a whole lamb is an excellent way to stock your freezer with custom-cut, farm-direct lamb—ideal for families, bulk buyers, and those who value knowing exactly where their food comes from.
